HAWA designed the exterior facade for this 7-story mid-rise, comprising a private ground floor entry, residential units, and a dedicated rooftop terrace. The design features an innovative brick concept tailored to the regional climate, using durable, earthy materials that enhance natural ventilation while giving the building a timeless, modern identity.
